Tavo is a Digital Property Management system designed to fill the need between full-service property management and DIY self-managing by providing a cost-effective, all-inclusive platform of resources for investment property owners.

As the most comprehensive system of its kind, Tavo is truly an end-to-end solution that will assist with syndicating and marketing your “for rent” listing, electronic rent payments, e-signing lease documents, maintenance request management and more, coupled with a local network of maintenance and repair vendors and optional access to a network of local licensed real estate agents who can assist with the leasing process, inspections, state specific lease document prep, and area expertise.

Tavo offers a flat $35 monthly subscription fee for access and use of the platform with no set up fees, no cancelation fees, and you can try it out the first month for free.  We handle all the set up of each of your properties on the platform, and coordinate with the local leasing agent (if you opt for that).  Your Landlord Portal is then delivered to you turn-key ready to go.
